An average of three runs of 10km each - that's 30km - per week.
An average of 18km - the long run - each weekend.
It's probably more for both. That's an average of 48km run per week for 50 weeks per year, making a conservative estimated total of 2400km of running per year.
Multiplying that by 18, which is the number of years I have been running at more or less the same amount per year, gives 43200 km.
That's all the way around the circumference of the earth, plus another 3000km for good measure, i.e. quite a long way. Who knows, maybe I'll do another round trip...
